Codez is a Telegram mini-app: a Wordle-style numbers puzzle with tournaments and Telegram Stars for in-app spend. A coming-soon page ran for weeks before launch, building a real queue of users who refreshed daily waiting for the link to go live.

Built the puzzle engine, the tournament loop, the Stars integration, and freemium ads with a paid opt-out. End to end.

21,394 total games. 15,835 completed, a 74% completion rate.

Codez was a team effort. Devvy led frontend implementation, telegram integration, deployment, UX, and the business logic behind the puzzle and tournament flows.
