two builders,
one studio
We're a two-person shop in Toronto. Both of us write code, both of us care about how it looks. Shahbaz leans systems, Donia leans product. No third hire planned.
Shahbaz Siddiqui
Senior full-stack engineer who builds his own tools. Custom split keyboards, a home server stack, niche little apps that solve his own problems. Open source champion. Blacksmiths on weekends, because some things should still be made with your hands.
Donia Amer
Senior software engineer who builds and designs for the web. The design lives in Figma. The code lives in the repo. She lives in both, which is why nothing gets lost between them. Occasionally moonlights at events and on film sets, which turns out to be useful training for shipping things on a deadline.
a short, honest process
Four weeks is the modal engagement, long enough to ship, short enough to be honest about it.
scoping call
We read whatever you send us before the call. We leave with a one-page brief or politely decline.
research & sketch
We look at your data, your stack, and your nearest competitors. Sketch until something clicks.
build in the open
Daily commits, weekly demos. You have access to the repo and Figma from day one. Nothing's a surprise.
handoff & tail
Ship, document, then two weeks of bug-fix support. After that we're an email away!
